Jacob Borenstein leads Investments & Asset Management at Curtis Ashton Partners, where he supports the firm’s acquisitions, underwriting and asset management across its industrial portfolio.

Prior to joining Curtis Ashton Partners, Jacob spent three and a half years at Brennan Investment Group, one of the largest privately held industrial real estate owners in the United States. He led the firm’s Twin Cities market, directing sourcing and underwriting on more than $300 million of bids. As an Investment Analyst he underwrote more than $1.5 billion of closed industrial acquisitions and developments across the Midwest and Florida.

He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he completed the Graaskamp Center’s Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) and Applied Real Estate Investment Trust (AREIT) tracks, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business. He is a licensed Illinois real estate broker.
