Scott Gibbel is a seasoned real estate practitioner with over 15 years of experience.  As the Founder of Curtis Ashton Partners, he leverages a track record that includes leading over $300 million in investments and developments across the Midwest, specifically within the industrial sector.

Prior to founding Curtis Ashton Partners, Scott served as Managing Director of Industrial at Sterling Bay, where he was responsible for launching and leading the firm's industrial initiative.  Before Sterling Bay, he was the Chicago Market Officer for IDI Logistics, overseeing market operations, development, and portfolio performance for one of the nation’s premier industrial developers.

Scott began his career gaining foundational experience in various real estate disciplines.  He started in student housing, supporting the development and leasing & marketing teams for Trinitas, a top 10 national student housing owner.  He then transitioned into the industrial sector, holding roles in leasing and asset management for Prologis and Brennan Investment Group in Chicago

Scott holds an MBA with a Real Estate concentration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He is an active Board Member of NAIOP, the leading organization for commercial real estate professionals.
